What is your delivery policy?
We are pleased to offer multiple delivery options within the UK & Northern Ireland. Please view our Delivery page for more information.

What is your returns policy?
We accept free returns from the UK within 30 days of the order.

Refund of full priced items within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Discounted and sale items purchased online can also be returned to our warehouse or stores for a refund within 30 days of receipt of the parcel.

Returns of full priced items to any store within 30 days of purchase along with the original receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Please ensure the items are unworn, unmarked and in the original packaging.
On sale items, we offer an exchange on goods returned within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for sale items purchased in store at this time.

Has my order been shipped?
You should receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please allow between 2-5 working days for your order to be dispatched when using standard delivery.
Express delivery orders will be dispatched the same day (if placed before 3pm).

What if there is something wrong with my order?
Please fill out the returns form and send it back to the address on the form for a full refund.
If the product develops a fault after being worn, please contact Customer Services and one of our advisors will be happy to offer support. Alternatively, you can return faulty items to a Aarz london  store.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive the item back for your refund to be processed. It may then take 2-3 additional working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Please note during SALE periods, this can take a little longer.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, and Pay With Amazon Account.
