For a limited time, AARZ LONDON is offering FREE DELIVERY on all online orders over £50, after applied discounts. The cost for shipping will automatically be deducted at checkout for all eligible orders. 

IMPORTANT
- We deliver anywhere in the U.K. At this time, we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
- Shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.K. addresses. Shipping is not available to P.O. or B.F.P.P. boxes due to shipper restrictions.
- Your shipping & billing address must exactly match the location where your credit card bill is sent.

RETURN POLICY

Not quite right? No problem returns are FREE (For UK Only)

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from AARZ LONDON.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • All items must be unworn.
  • All Items must be in their original packaging.
  • You must include the original sales receipt.
  • Before returning items to our warehouse, please complete the returns paperwork that will arrive with your purchase.

All returns should be sent to: Website Returns, Aarz London 209 Whitechaple Road London E1 1DE.
We cannot take responsibility for your parcel if it does not arrive back to us. In such circumstances we would, unfortunately, not be able to offer a refund.

Either use the returns label sent with your parcel or visit our Returns page to generate a new label.

FREE RETURNS FROM THE UK

Orders delivered to UK addresses can be returned using one of the methods below.

DOWNLOAD RETURN LABLE - Simply print off the label, attach to the front of your parcel and take it to any Post Office Counter. Obtain a free Certificate of Posting and keep in a safe place – this is your proof of posting which we will require if your parcel does not reach us. There is a limit of 1kg for this service (roughly 3 items in 1 box). If you need further information, please do not hesitate to call Customer Services at +44 207 247 7046.

RETURN TO STORE – We are pleased to accept returns of items to any of our Stores. Please take the delivery note supplied with your parcel as a proof of purchase.

RETURNING FROM OTHER COUNTRIES
For customers outside of UK, please return items back to the address found on your returns form. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer a free returns service for parcels delivered to countries outside of UK and return postal costs are the responsibility of the customer.

I've lost my Free Returns Label, what do I do?

You can download the Royal Mail label, printing and attach to your package DOWNLOAD RETURN LABLE.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, simply fill in the form that comes with your order, stating the size you now require and return in the normal manner.

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Please allow up to 5 working days from when we receive the item back for your refund to be processed. It may then take 2-3 additional working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Please note during SALE periods, this can take a little longer.
